Cultivating and possessing medical marijuana are both illegal in Tennessee. Qualified patients can be permitted to use low THC cannabis oil as part of a clinical research study and under the supervision of a physician.
Who can qualify?
To be eligible to use low THC cannabis oil in Tennessee you must be diagnosed with epilepsy or intractable seizures by a Tennessee licensed M.D. or D.O.
How much does it cost?
No fee since there is no application process.
How do I apply?
1. Visit with your physician and have them provide you with official proof of your diagnosis
2. Since there are no legal dispensaries in Tennessee you must also hold proof of legal order or recommendation from the state where the low THC cannabis oil was issued
